Year End Giving Opportunity for 2011 & 2012 Prepay
We want to thank you for your generous giving to Bethany UMC through the year. Because of your generosity, we have raised $2,311,817 toward our 2011budget goal of $2,557,767. This means as of 11/21/2011 we need $245,950 to fulfill our 2011 goal. Please prayerfully consider your generosity once again by helping Bethany to reach our goal.
- 2011 contributions for the General Ministry Fund and all other ministries and designated accounts must be dated and in hand before the end of the year (December 31st, 2011). Mailed contributions must be postmarked and dated 2011. Contributions given in 2011 will be credited to your 2011 contribution statements. You may prepay your 2012 pledge in 2011 for tax purposes as well. The Finance Office will be available for drop off contributions until 5:00 pm Saturday, December 31st, 2011. Contributions dropped off after that time will be credited to 2012.
- Year-End Stock Gifts are accepted until 12:00 p.m., Thursday December 29th, 2011. Electronic transfer of stocks must also be issued by 12:00 p.m. on December 29th, 2011. If transferring from a different broker verify the cut-off date for 2011 contributions.
- Give Online from the home page of bethany-umc.org. Select Generosity and Stewardship, then select Give Online to make contributions to 2011 Ministry Budget, Prepay 2012 Ministry Budget, Benevolence, and/or Christmas Donation.
